We took a few photos of new Gold Coast construction at 61 East Banks Street after condo showings yesterday.

Construction begins at a rare vacant lot fronting Lake Shore Drive in the Gold Coast. A permit was issued for a 58 unit luxury low rise apartment complex back in December. 

The building, at the doorstep of Streeterville and downtown, will feature unobstructed lake views from the roof deck and many units.
