A window to Europe in Lincoln Square

I've always been a little things guy.  The window and wallpaper in Lincoln Square remind me of European bed and breakfast stays and a friend's row house in north London.  The big difference is the screen.  A familiar and favorite travel scene are the wide open wood windows with no window screens.  Maybe they have less flies...

Travel log: 56 Leonard in Manhattan, penthouse offered at $34,500,000

56 Leonard explodes into the Tribeca stratosphere.  All photos Eric Rojas, Bob DePalma, Brokers Kale Realty

Bob snapped some photos of how the other half lives from his weekend trip to NYC. 56 Leonard in the Tribeca neighborhood is probably the most unique condo tower in all of Manhattan.  Largely sold out... only a couple of the penthouses are reported as available. Marketed by corcoransunshine.com
  • PH52B for $17,750,000 with monthly common charges of $3,722 and monthly taxes of $1,599;
  • PH58 for $34,500,000 with monthly common charges of $5,637 and monthly taxes of $2,422.

Travel Log: Possibly our favorite thing in Tokyo

Yes, this umbrella locker outside a hotel in Tokyo caught our eye.  So civilized! This would have saved me multiple times over.

Bob and I travel a bit.  We've refrained in the past but will be adding more tidbits from recent trips real estate related and otherwise.
