Rejoice! Federal Tax Credit for all home-buyers possible

As suspected, real estate writer Kenneth R. Harney scoops there is a serious chance the federal $8,000 first time buyers credit will be extended.

But wait, there's more!

Odds are that the credit will be extended and broadened to cover all buyers next year, but the chances of the amount increasing aren’t as good, observers say.
