Old Town condo sales 2014

I met with a client on the 1500 block of North Cleveland Saturday morning to help prepare the condo for sale.  Let's see how over-all condos sales look like this year in the very desirable Old Town neighborhood in Near North Chicago.

The 1500 block of North Cleveland in Old Town is comprised of mostly newer construction buildings with a few vintage single family homes and multi-units remaining.  The terrific location is steps from North Wells Street entertainment and easy to downtown offices.
