Bob and I have been busier showing property for both buyers and sellers in January and February as I can remember over the past 10 years.
Great re-sale properties are coming on the market. There is also a lot of new construction in the works and nearing market. We are both spending the day showing our new listings in Lincoln Park and Lakeview.
