Water sub-meters for your condo building can save money

 The City of Chicago outlines how much your water bill is going up every year.  Here is a great post at The Chicagoland Cooperator that discusses installing water sub-meters at condo and apartment buildings.  There is a good case for both cost savings and conservation.
