update shows another significant Lincoln Square rental development proposal. We pointed out last November the Surpless and Dunn building was for sale
. Check out the renderings of the proposed 59 unit rental development
at 2105 W Lawrence that would add to the existing structure and build a second new building with 50 parking spaces... Wow!
