We wrote about District House in Oak Park last March.  The development site was cleared at 700 West Lake Street... also known as the former Tasty Dog.  The District House development goes by the address 147 Euclid N Euclid.  MREDLLC.com listings show units under contract from $599,900 to $899,900 and states only two units remain for sale.
