I 'm very happy to have helped my clients (and friends) purchase a Jefferson Park a two-flat on the North Side for multi-generational living. This was a special search in a competitive market. The home had to meet the needs of several family members. It took financial planning, aggressive scheduling, several offers and long negotiations. -Median price of a two-flat is up about 5% this year. 27 two-flat buildings sold in Jefferson Park from Jan 1st to September 5th of 2025 (recorded in our MLS). The median price of a closed two-flat is about $560,000. 24 units sold over the same period last year with a median price of about $536,000.
-Median price of a sold three-flat over the same period is $670,000.
-Currently there are five small multi-units (2-4 units) for sale in Jefferson Park with a median price of about $580,000.
