Top 3 Most Expensive Condo Sales in North Center

We recently evaluated a high-end North Center condo for a client. We took a look at top prices in the last six months for attached units (non-town house style).

North Center is no stranger to high-end condo construction.

Here's the three highest condos sales in the last 6 months.

1. 1944 W Fletcher #1E sold for $865,000. The new construction 4 bedrooms "duplex-down" in a 6 unit building near Hamlin Park closed in February of this year. 

2. 1944 W Fletcher #1W sold for $849,000.  This unit in the same building as #1 sold prior to the completion of construction. It closed in November of 2014.

3. 3842 N Damen #1 sold for $805,000.  The new construction four bedrooms "duplex down" in a boutique three unit building closed in November of 2014. The condo is located in the desirable Bell School district.

Three of the top five sales were duplex-down units.  Two of the unit sales were attached town home style.
