Went through my first emissions test a few weeks ago. Arrived right as the Webster facility opened, and there was a Delgado's guy standing on the curb, handing out fliers to each person who pulled in. Gotta admit -- had the Honda not passed, I probably would have headed over to his shop.
Many of you have seen this advertisment leaving the Webster Avenue emmissions testing facility. Can't beat old school ad placement.

Those Delgado flier guys are worse than the strip club/escort flier guys in Vegas.
