I took our buyer and his parents (in town) for a contractor visit this morning to his pending new home under contract. Everything was scheduled by my partner Bob. He runs all our transactions. And if you have met him, you know he means business.
Despite an email confirmation in bold writing from the listing agent the current tenants were not told about our visit. Confusion (on their part) ensued.
Then later today, our seller client's attorney confirmed the wrong closing title company downtown for our sale. The seller attorney chooses the closing location! Everyone showed up to the wrong place, buyers, sellers, attorneys and Bob.
When working with all our associate team members Bob would never let this happen!
