Sky's the limit for Lincoln Park three bedroom condo unit sales, up 22% (buildings under 50 units)

I took this photo of another new construction condo building in residential Lincoln Park at North Wayne and West Schubert on Friday.
Our most recent Lincoln Park three bedroom condo is under contract for more than the sellers paid back in 2008.  We've seen some big prices for new construction and re-sale three bedroom condo units around Lincoln Park.  Let's take a look at unit sales and prices for the first half of 2015.

Lincoln Park Three Bedrooms Attached Home Sales (condos, town houses) January 1st- June 30th, 2015 (Buildings under 50 units)

171 condo units have sold from January 1st to June 30th in Lincoln Park this year (buildings under 50 units).  That's up 22% same period 2014.  The median price is about $612,000.  The lowest priced three bedroom condo sale is 2733 N Hamden Court, Unit 3B for $300,000.  The vintage unit in a Victorian Brownstone with updated kitchen did not have parking included.
