157 one bedroom condo units listed with parking sold from January 1st to June 30th, 2015. Ten more units changed hands than in 2014.  The least expensive condo to sell is 2322 W Roosevelt Road #3N, Chicago IL 60608 for $65,000 cash.  The small unit was a foreclosure needed some renovation.

The highest sale for a one bedroom with parking is 333 N Canal Street #2905, Chicago IL 60606 for $445,000.  The luxury top floor unit at River Bend includes amenities like fitness room and 24hr doorman.  Heat and AC included in the $717 assessment for this unit.

Median price of a West Loop one bedroom condo unit with parking included is about $270,000. That's up 28% over the first half of 2011.
