The bustling and insanely active Fulton Market is about 5 blocks north. |
We've had several dealings in the 1224 West Van Buren condo building (Van Buren Lofts). Next door sits a vacant and gutted former Oxxford Clothes industrial loft.
Crain's reported the building was purchased around $11 million in 2016. The real estate group discussed converting office lofts but were open to other uses. I have not found any information on pending development.
