Gold Coast is getting shiner and "shoppier" again. We spotted construction progress while delivering earnest money checks nearby. The new three story retail development at
State and Elm is taking shape.
Curbed has the story from last October with a good photo of the
old building that was torn down (sad trombone). According to the developer Newcastle Limited's site
Rumble Boxing has signed on. A
restaurant space with patio is slated for the top floor. Additional retail is available for lease.
