House of the Week: 823 West Belden, Lincoln Park 60614

Now, this is so Lincoln Park. A converted three flat into a single family home retains it's roots with the red brick and large black painted cornice atop the building. The owners have improved the curb appeal by replacing the front doors with decorative pieces. Very nice. We also spotted a copper bay window on the west side of the home.

The building configured as a three flat sold in 2005 for $1,495,000 and was advertised as a single family home conversion project as "best use".

What an address! 823 West Belden Street in Lincoln Park is a desirable location. Here we have the energy of the DePaul University campus, Halsted shopping, easy transportation by CTA Red Line to downtown and an easy jaunt one mile to Lake Michigan beaches and parks.
