This was down about $57,000 (-12%) from same period 2010. All the units were a minimum of two bedrooms and two baths.
The highest sale was $1,575,000 for a 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths contemporary penthouse in Bucktown built in 2008. The three unit building has one other residential unit and one retail unit on the ground floor. This about tripled the second highest closing of $550,000.
The lowest duplex sold was $259,000 for a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths bank owned newer construction unit at busy Armitage near Milwaukee.
