This gorgeous grey stone two-flat at 4913 N Hermitage in Ravenswood was sold in January last year as a short sale for $650,000. However, the green windscreens and chain link fencing are still up one year later.

The lot is a fantastic 50 feet wide by 165 feet deep and remains roomy despite two larger multi-units to each side.  This is a gorgeous property and I look forward to it's "come back". 


I have not checked the work permits, but the coach house has been totally gutted.  The front house may still have renters remaining.
