Welp, the hip River North days are officially over for our clients who have moved on to a single family house (and kids!). They closed 451 W Huron #511 last week (click link for more photos). The mid-rise one bedroom condo attracted a lot of interest due to its rare 20' x 30' terrace, garage parking and great location.
