I'm out early this morning for a condo "walk-thru" prior to a 9am closing.
Beautiful morning! The buyer is generally checking the condition of the home, if any agreed upon repairs were completed and making sure all appliances and equipment are in tact. Garage and storage should be cleaned out too.
As the listing broker I've already made sure all available keys, brochures and information have been left for the buyer. I'm doing a final sweep on behalf of my sellers and locking up before heading downtown.
