We've been showing and dealing in a lot of
high-rise buildings with our buyer clients in
Lakeview,
Lincoln Park, Gold Coast and
Streeterville to start out the year. One cool - and rare - feature was this
recycle bin option at
330-340 West Diversey located at the floors' trash room. Press the button for regular trash or recyclables at the garbage shoot system on each floor. It was quite the presentation and we were all very impressed, seriously LOL.
