We took this photo of the nearly completed  4 East Elm in Gold Coast last week after buyer showings nearby.  MLS listings for the 35 unit boutique building range from $2,500,000 to $4,100,000 on the MLS.  There is also a rental listing for $15,000 per month.  Listing details state unit delivery this spring. I think it's a nice addition to this section of the neighborhood.
