Bucktown attached unit sales 1/1/18 through 3/26/18
We were in
Bucktown late last week looking at two and three bedrooms condos under $500,000.
So far in 2018, 33 attached units (condos, town homes) have closed in Bucktown with a median price of $415,000. The highest sold condo is 2035 West Charleston Unit 104, Chicago IL 60647 sold for
$739,000. The four bedrooms, three baths renovated loft was listed at 3600 sq/ft. The lowest priced sold condo is 2129 W Webster Unit 2B, Chicago IL 60647 for
$291,500. The one bedroom, one bathroom unit does not have parking included.
259 attached units sold over 2017 wit a median price of about $425,000. Back in 2012, 175 condo units sold with a median price of $355,000.
