Three Lincoln Square properties sold for $1.2 million, now Lawrence Avenue's newest condo development

A demolition permit was issued this week for three properties at 2242 West Lawrence to 2246 West Lawrence Avenue in Lincoln Square.  A new construction permit estimated at $5 million for a 12 unit building  was issued for the property in January of this year. The development is adjacent to a new 14 unit building at 4802 N Bell under construction.  If you left the neighborhood even five years ago you won't recognize Lawrence Avenue when you come back!

The three properties at 2242-2246 West Lawrence sold together for $1,235,000 last year according to the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.  Here's some past posts on Lawrence Avenue development.
