Sales, visiting the Pointe in Lincoln Park

I stopped by our client's home Sunday at The Pointe in Lincoln Park to consult on some home improvements. We represented the new owners in their purchase into this massive and successful development in a prime Chicago location: Just steps to Lake Michigan and the Old Town Triangle district.

I took this shot at the corner of Lincoln, Armitage and Sedgwick. You could do worse! Gorgeous entry arch and landscaping leading to a courtyard of several homes.

Here's a shot of some of the larger town homes along Lincoln.

Sales:
With a median price of $785,000 for the 1995 built development of condos and town homes, you might say membership is privileged. In the past twelve months, there have been ten closed units recorded on our member MLS at The Pointe. The highest closed listing was a five bedroom town home for $1,465,000 in the spring. It looked to be a combined unit and had two kitchens... very rare for a town home.

The lowest closed listing was $444,000 in late summer for a pretty original two bedrooms, two and one-half baths duplex.

If you are looking for duplexes or town homes in Lincoln Park, we feel these types of homes are values right now over typical simplex condo living. We help our clients get pre-approved and find value. Our clients bought into The Pointe at the lowest price of the year by $50K!
