My partner and I will go our prospective bungalow project this week to draw up the plans. So far, so good. The deal looks like it will go through as long as we feel the improvements will garner a good offer for the home. It's a big project... fortunately the home is in great structual shape... so it's really a re-do from the inside. After this weekend, I should have some pictures to post.
